Terms of Service

MojCV (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://mojcv.com and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using MojCV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Overview

MojCV is a free online tool that allows users to create, edit, and download professional CVs and resumes. We also provide optional features such as templates, multi-language support, and downloadable PDF generation.

2. Eligibility

By using MojCV, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or using the Service under supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.

3. Account Registration

You may use MojCV without creating an account. We will automatically save your CVs and resumes for you to access them later via secure custom URLs. When we create an account for you automatically, you agree to:

  • Keep your account URL confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You may use MojCV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Upload or store illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.
  • Use MojCV to create misleading or fraudulent CVs.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Reuse MojCV’s code, templates, or designs without permission.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the information and content you enter when creating your CVs.

By using MojCV, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Process, store, and display your content to provide the Service.
  • Use anonymized data to improve our system performance and analytics.

6. PDF Generation and Storage

When you download or generate a CV, your data is temporarily processed and stored to create the file. We may automatically delete unused or old CV data after a reasonable period to optimize storage and privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, software, and branding belong to MojCV or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may use MojCV’s templates only for personal CV creation. Commercial redistribution, resale, or automated use is prohibited without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

MojCV may include integrations with third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Matomo). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MojCV is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be available or error-free.
  • The generated CVs will meet specific employment or formatting requirements.
  • Employers will find the candidate suitable for the job based on the CV.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MojCV and its team shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of data or content.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of income, job opportunities, or reputation arising from use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using MojCV at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your account and CV data may be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of MojCV after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
